you are written as author of InsetEnvironment stuff. i tried to write
some documentation for LFUN_ENVIRONMENT_INSERT lfun, but as i moved
through the sources i didn't find either this lfun or - more generally
the whole environment stuff to be used.
comment in FuncCode just states it as unused lfun, next comment is in Layout::
