  rationale:

    Hi,

    this module is a port to Perl of SAX2's NamespaceSupport class
    (originally in Java). It is intended to be reused by any other XML
    module or application that may need to do its own namespace
    processing, and can be reusd in a variety of namespace related
    situations.

    Namespaces being important to the sanity of XML, I believe this
    module has its small role to play to help people stay happy and
    sane.

    Note: I put it in section 11 but as I can't see any XML module out
    there registered in a chapter, I'm totally unsure that it is the
    right choice.

The resulting entry would be:

XML::
::NamespaceSupport RmpOp Generic namespace helpers (ported from SAX2) RBERJON
