Attached are three new versions of the netsnmp monitors. These now support all of the SNMP v.3 options supported by the perl SNMP module, with the same option letters used by the netsnmp utilities, and also support a "-C configfile" option for the SNMP parameters. This is more convenient than using command line options, and far more secure since the v.3 pass phrases won't appear in a process listing or in mon.cgi.
