Granted, I'm making assumptions about the audience, but given the nature of the task, I think they are safe ones. ;-) Also, even for tech-oriented audiences, making them ssh into a machine and run mutt to view the index will feel like "making us jump through hoops..." It's extremely likely, in my estimation, that it's not going to go over well with the audience, regardless of who the audience is. -- Derek D.
