After following an audacious suggestion posted in this list, my system
was not bootable. Then I have reinstalled it again from scratch
(recommended installation) and Mandrake 7.02 established three
partitions in my Linux disk: boot, / and /home. I have been installing
programs and my / partition will be full soon. On the contrary, my /home
partition is practically free. Is it possible to modify the size of
Linux partitions without reformatting the disk?
In my former Mandrake installation I could copy pieces of text from/to
my console. Now, it's impossible. How is it possible to copy text
from/to console from/to KDE windows?
I have been unable to set up true type fonts for Mandrake. Where could I
find a clear explanation about that matter? Is true type fonts feature
installed by the Mandrake recommended setup?
I am suffering a Netscape autonomous activity (attempting to reach
home.netscape.com, home6.netscape.com and internic.net without user
intervention and very often) when I am working without connection to the
Internet. Any suggestion?
Thanks.
