Marcia....the KDE Archiver is activated by right-clicking the
icon of an archive file and choosing Archiver from the
resulting menu. The archiver works as a front-end for
different programs that actually do the work. If the program
that is needed for handling a certain archive isn't found in
your path it's probably not installed and you'll get a
not-in-path error. In your case you probably need to install
zip-2.3-6mdk.i586.rpm which is on one of your 8.0
installation CD(s).
