        Why, oh why, can they not include the hood?  I thought we
        were seeing a resurgence of "included hoods," no?  Or just
        on the "pro" lenses?  I don't even think that's the key; does
        the 80-200/2.8D "new" come included w/ the hood?  Why does
        Nikon seem inconsistant on this point?
