Khezong, My N70 has done the same thing since I got it (Jan '97). It does not make the sound all the time. However, it has never affected the images and at this point I have gotten used to it. If you look inside at the hinge pin, you will see a protruding screw "handle". Check to see if this screw is snug. As you probably know, there is a Q.D. back for this camera, so the back is easily removeable. If you slide the handle/pin down, you can release the back from the camera. Make sure the hinge pin is seated properly in the upper and lower holes. Hope this helps.
