We have added code to the development version of NUT to detect a similar model (a 6000VA with the same VendorID/ProductID): https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/commit/d22cbd9ed25558535ea64909ed3a5f43b5d8f8ee#diff-d5eac61954f7b3945d0f723521e2e790 but that hasn't made it into a release yet. Can you rebuild NUT from source? From there, it should be straightforward to add that commit to an RPM or .deb build as a patch. Instructions for doing a basic build of NUT on Debian/Ubuntu are here: https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/wiki/Building-NUT-on-Debian,-Raspbian-and-Ubuntu and we've had a few posts on the mailing lists for other distributions. Email if you have questions. _______________________________________________ Nut-upsdev mailing list Nut-upsdev@alioth-lists.debian.net https://alioth-lists.debian.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nut-upsdev
