Why is ups.status empty?
If I understand the commit log for SVN r3590, then that revision was supposed
to set the status to OL if the numeric state was 9 for ECO mode. It does not
appear to do that:

Is your UPS set to ECO mode? Can you do a snmpget on
.1.3.6.1.4.1.4555.1.1.1.1.4.1.0?

UPS is on inverter, not ECO mode,

snmpget -v1 -c public 192.168.xxx.xxx .1.3.6.1.4.1.4555.1.1.1.1.4.1.0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4555.1.1.1.1.4.1.0 = INTEGER: 2
