Description: Development of project charter with key tasks, activities and dependencies Responsible for conducting workshops with key stakeholders for identifying the milestones and leading indicators Responsible for all management aspects of multiple infrastructure projects to include scheduling of technical resources, timelines, technical milestones and deliverables, budget and weekly status reports. Responsible for controlling the execution of project plan by getting involved in multiple transition program related meetings Developing detailed project plans and schedules, assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and monitors progress to ensure timely completion. Defining activities, sequences them, estimates duration, and develops schedules Partner with client PMO organization to establish realistic transition plans Support client project manager(s) in executing on agreed upon projects / transitions / transformations plans For each ongoing project, monitor scope fulfillment, schedule adherence and cost in addition to performing periodic review of the progress against the detailed project plan Periodic review of weekly and monthly status report for each ongoing project(s) and provide guidance to the team Periodically track open issues, risks and ensure they are addressed with appropriate mitigation plans Participate in critical customer meetings (Eg: Tower review meeting, Progress review meeting, Executive Steering Committee meeting) Good experience with operating systems, networks, problem/change mgmt and project mgmt methodologies Establish a trusted consulting relationship with customer operations management team Top skills: Minimum 5 years of PM experience in an infrastructure environment Minimum Bachelor's degree Ability to scope & plan projects quickly Prefer candidates with high level of infrastructure technical knowledge Competency requirements (Minimum required) Communication (L3) Customer Orientation (L3) Organizing & Planning (L3) Presentation Skill (L3) Resource Management (L3) Time Management Skills (L3) ITIL V3 Foundation (L3) Key credentials PMP certification ITIL V3 foundation Certified MS Project at expert level At-least one prior position of PM for a large scale transition or integration scenarios from infrastructure perspective.
