Participate in the analysis of existing business processes and systems to recommend process and system enhancements. Duties may include: cost benefit analysis, work plans, functional and technical designs, construction, testing and implementation as well as budget/Financial management activities. * * *Job responsibilities would include*:** 1. Participate in the analysis of the existing business process and systems to recommend process and system enhancements to improve business performance and maximize the effectiveness of technology. 2. Plan and produce various financial reports. Interface with other areas to develop reporting specifications, methods and procedures and prioritize requests. 3. Perform detailed expense analysis for corporate projects and prepare financial data presented to senior management. Interface with other departments to forecast project expenses. 4. Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks in system projects. 5. Define, document and validate new business and system requirements. 6. Plan and manage project and division budgets. *Skills/Qualifications (preferences are in bold)* 1. Bachelors degree *2. Healthcare Industry experience * 3. Experience with Oracle Financial Systems, MS Excel, Access and Visio 4. Excellent Analytical, problem solving and communication skills 5. Must be attentive to detail, highly-organized, and able to multi-task. 6.
