Job Title : Solution Architect( Very Sr. J2EE Developer) Location : New Mexico Duration: Contracting Rate : Open(streamline the rate as per the market standard) *****************NEED US CITIZENS*************** Description: Work directly with our Client's customers and partners to lead the technical delivery of BusinessManager applications to customers. Responsibilities: * Lead implementation projects by providing technical expertise and direction * Interact with customers to gather and analyze business requirements * Manage delivery to the non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability, reliability and security * Deliver technical training and mentorship to customers and implementation partners * Provide customer insight and feedback to internal groups as appropriate * Provide post-implementation technical support for customers Requisite Skills: * 7+ years customer experience as a technical consultant and/or architect * Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to develop technical approach to the customers' business processes, as well as to educate customers on BusinessManager and other technologies and how they apply to Business Process Management. * Experience in developing BPM or workflow applications * Excellent hands-on technical skills in the following technologies: - J2EE Architecture and Application Servers - J2E Programming and JSP - Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) * Key experience with large-scale systems architecture and understanding of: - Object Oriented design - Application integration with CRM, ERP, EAI vendor products (e.g., TIBCO, SeeBeyond) - Web application and client-server architectures * Experienced in several of the following technologies: - Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, DB2 - Operating Systems: Windows, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux) - Application servers: BEA Web Logic; Websphere - .NET and Mainframe technologies (CICS, MVS) Desired Skills and Knowledge: .
