*Project Location* *Seattle, WA* *Duration* *6+ Months Contract* *Interview Mode: Phone + Skype* *Visa status: USC, GC, EAD-GC, TN* *Job Description:* Seeking a senior Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform engineer with 7-10 years of experience in building and administering Hyperion EPM platform (Essbase, Planning, HFM, DRM, FR, FDMEE and ODI), looking for a Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform engineer/systems administrator *not a developer.* *Description:* Work closely with the project team and other internal/external teams. 2 week sprints typical on the team with daily stand ups. This individual will be responsible for a portion of the project's success, working along side a service provider. They will not need any vendor management experience since they will be working closely with the manager/partners on team. This database will support all internal Starbucks. Experience with headcount/workforce planning related projects is desired. All Oracle team. Platform team is 4-5, functional/business team is 20-25. Attend regular meetings and meet the deliverable as set by the Hyperion platform lead/manager/project team *Must Haves:* · Strong understanding of Hyperion platform architecture, OS, servers, performance, network, security, middleware, database, authentication, web etc · Hands on experience in Installing, Configuring Hyperion EPM suite, versions 11.x · Hands on experience in system upgrades, application migrations, applying patches, Tuning, Monitoring, and Testing (Performance/Load/System/Regression etc) · Experienced in Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), Loab Balancing (LB) Solutions · Experienced in building system integrations (Both Service based and traditional pub-sub/ETL methods) · Hands on experience in developing Essbase APIs and maxl scripts · Proficiency in programming (VB, Batch, Shell, etc) and other skills like SQL, JAVA, HTML, VBA · Good understanding of EPM applications · Proficiency in both windows and Unix/Linux environments · Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in root cause analysis · Good understanding of system and security controls · Excellent communication, organizational, documentation skills · Knowledge of various project management framework and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc) · Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in collaborating with project team and external teams · Willingness to work outside of normal work hours and thrive in a dynamic environment · Degree in Engineering, computer science, or related field is required *Desired Skills:* · Experience in other reporting tools like Tableau, OBIEE is desired. · Good communication skills. · Ability to work in team environment. *Note: We are Working with tier-1 Vendor.* Thanks & Regards, Udbhav Mathur Talent Acquisition Specialist Email:- umat...@tekshapers.com <tar...@tekshapers.com> Gtalk: udbhav.intime Tekshapers Inc. – WMBE Firm 1441 E.
