Note that 3.11 is not available on the CentOS mirrors, and only in the centos-gluster311-test repository. I do not think there is any benefit in syncing a release to the CentOS mirrors when it is EOL in at most a few weeks. If someone feels very strongly about it, I can revisit it, but getting the sync setup will also require an announcement to the CentOS users (+official centos-release-gluster311 package), which both take time (one week of coordination would be fast).
