i can confirm that. but i also can confirm that windows ce doesn't even support right-aligned text in fields (at least if you specify the right-align flag in the resources), not even talking about centered text. labels with any other flag than left-aligned are not even shown. i never tried to set a control to a different color on win ce, but i think it's possible. but i think it aint less of a workaround as it is in palm os. at least at palm os you can use bitmap buttons without writing a single line of code. haven't found out yet how to do such on ppc... markus dresch (www.palmside.com) -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
