[Pan-devel] Building with/without gnome keyring

Is there any reason why this is still an optional build? It adds a 
certain amount of complexity to the maintenance of the code, and as you 
have to enable actual use of it in the preferences, I don't think it'd 
hurt to actually build with it all the time.
