Alan, There is a Mili reader (*.m *.mili) support through the Visit bridge (see visit_readers.xml). However, this reader depends on the Mili library and is not compiled by default - the CMake variable VISIT_BUILD_READER_Mili has to be turned ON explicitly. May be Robert Maynard or Sebastien Jourdain will be able to give more details on it...
