I use windows Xp,apache,php 4.3.4.I can recieve variable from form by $_POST[''] (Short Term).But i can not recieve variable from form by $HTTP_POST_VARS[''] (Long Term).Include other recieve variable ( GET,SESSION,COOKIE).
Yes you can. Let me use my crystal ball and guess that you're using $HTTP_POST_VARS inside of a function or class method. Because of variable scope, it's not available there unless you pass the values to the function/method or make it global.
If that's not it... you need to explain more.
