Hi all, I hope I haven't missed it if it exists...i've looked through the docs...i'm trying to find something that does the same trick shown at php.net for getting the table, array_flip()'ing it, then using strtr to translate things like What about others like &146; etc...it'd be really useful to have a way to translate things like that automatically, and I would think that'd be the sort of function php would have...am I missing it, or is this something I need to do manually?
