We currently only support resolutions of at least 640x480. This is due to very strict limitations in our codebase, of which changing will require at least several months.
Thus right now the minimal requirement is to use at least a screen/window resolution of 640x480. We *may* fix this in the future, it's not a particularly high priority feature though. -- Giel Warzone 2100 Developer
