I think this is completely harmless; any errors that are not would have
made the package fail to install. The worst that could have happened is
to not have .pyc files for this package, making the applications startup
a bit slower.

Still, this shouldn't happen, as site.py should be available as soon as
python is installed and configured, and packages depending on python
shouldn't be installed until this is the case.
