Hi Francesco, Can you sponsor the upload of mapserver/6.4.0-2 (#723991) and osgearth/2.4.0+dfsg-5 (#723996)?
Both packages fix issues with transitional packages for the their shared libraries (#723979 and #723980 respectively). The mapserver update also includes a fix for #667771, and some changes to support building MapCache with MapServer support.
