It works if you use max-threads=1 in avenc_mjpeg. And this one is fixed by http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-libav/commit/?id=eedefc9f6bd19f1c86b43d1fcc31a203b4ecea10 It will be part of the next upstream release, 1.6.1. But I will probably upload a new version with the two patches in a few days if nothing else comes up.
