Package: sun-java6-jre
Version: 6-12-1
Severity: important

If I start an application (for example tomcat) with the following options:

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=4444
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false

I should be able to attach to the running process using for example jconsole or
other management tool
but this works only if I do it from localhost.
If I try to attach from other hosts after some time I get a generic "connection
failed" error.

The attach works fine if the process is running on a windows machine so I
suspect this is a
linux related problem but I could not find any report of it.

I'm using an amd64 system.
