Seems it is better to check BiglyBT [1] instead:
Two long-time developers of the Vuze BitTorrent client, formerly
known as Azureus, have launched a new client. BiglyBT emerges at a
time when Vuze development has stalled. The developers promise to
take the project forward while removing all advertising and other
annoyances.
