Oh is it? While i can understand the reasoning i find it too complicated for 
practical workflows (too many tiny context switches for human brain).

Since deleting (remote) git tags is rather easy and rejected packages are not 
the standard case, i'd rather have people make sure that they do not forget to 
push all changes (including possibly wrong tags) than avoid pushing too often 
(fixing a wrong tag is easier than searching for forgotten commits)
