Since one of my latest system upgrade on, I also get fsck runs every system boot. dumpe2fs -h /dev/sda7 tells me [...] Filesystem state: clean [...] Last mount time: Sun Jul 26 21:02:29 2015 Last write time: Sun Jul 26 21:02:29 2015 Mount count: 46 Maximum mount count: 30 Last checked: Sat Jun 6 21:18:06 2015 [...] i.e. it seems that the check doesn't finish. Maybe with a timeout - which is really bad, as file system checks may take quite a while.
