While I'm a bit wary of the inflationary use of NEWS.Debian, I'd be ok with adding a NEWS entry if one was provided in this case. Josh, would you be willing to write such a text? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
