Hi, I investigated further and for me the bug is caused by this line in ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml:
<property name="twosuperior" type="string" value="xfce4-terminal --drop-down"/> Binding this command to another key combination fixes the problem.
