sometimes with newer go software, a specific version of the go compiler is
listed as a dependency. have "modgo-gen-modules" skip over this, otherwise
it results in listing a bogus MOD_MODGOFILES entry (e.g. "go 1.20.0") (the
only thing that can be done with that at the moment is manually removing
it). ok tb@
