All, The CCADB policy has been updated to Version 1.2.3 <https://www.ccadb.org/policy>. This minor version increment represents a change to Section 5.1.2 (“Webtrust”) because WebTrust now has a seal file for Qualified Audits that is integrated with the CCADB. It is recommended that if a CA obtains a qualified audit, then the CA Owner should obtain this new type of seal file URL from WebTrust/CPA Canada and use that in the CCADB. The benefits of this approach are (1) the PDF can be retrieved from WebTrust/CPA Canada and processed using Automated Letter Validation (ALV) and (2) because the authenticity of the audit letter is established, the auditor does not need to be contacted separately to verify audit letter authenticity.
