Also, include the fully-qualified path for what "python" runs, e.g. run `where python` in the command prompt. Also, include the value of the environment variables PYTHONHOME and PYTHONPATH, e.g. run `echo %PYTHONHOME% & echo %PYTHONPATH%` in the command prompt.
