Terry J. Reedy <tjre...@udel.edu> added the comment: I cannot do anything from this bare description, as I cannot think of any reason why stepping should introduce an error. It sounds like there are two files involved. Try to reduce them to the minimum needed to reproduce the issue and then upload.
