Since this is an ongoing problem: When I submitted the decNumber patches to Cowlishaw, he asked me if I would be interested in maintaining decNumber. I declined at the time due to time constraints. Had I accepted, I'd control 2/3 of the decimal market now, the Intel library being the remaining 1/3.
