Subject: [R-sig-phylo] taxonomic tables and trees

Hi all,
I remember seeing an R script/application to transform a taxon table (say an
excell table containing taxonomic information for a group organized as orders,
families, genera, etc. in columns) onto a 'phylogenetic/taxonomic' tree (groups
defined by the nested taxonomic ranks), but I can't remember where was that.
Any hint?

best and thanks

david
