Email Mark at Riv. He’s certainly buillt more 51cm Appas than anyone else on earth and would definitely be able to tell you if the Chocomoose stem is slammable on a 51. He probably won’t be able to tell you what your final saddle to bars height difference will be, but at least he can cover that slam/no slam question.
