don't think so, but that's a problem we can only identify (if it
exists at all, and I strongly believe it doesn't) and fix when testing
will enter in freeze, and so the changed packages set is way smaller.
The fact is that not *every* testing installation is broken, so
there's part of what the user does on his own system that partecipate
in breaking reportbug. That's what users support forums are for.
