Scott,

I am getting this error again with the latest Resin Pro 4.0.13. I removed the 
slf4j jar from the lib folder but error continues. I thought your fix worked so 
I can only assume I had verified it on the open source version of 13 and pro is 
somehow different. Any ideas?
