Job Title: *QA Analyst* Location: *Miramar, FL* Duration: *Long Term* *EXPERIENCE* ** 3 or more years of work experience in IT, including at least one year of experience in a software application testing that spanned test planning through execution* ***AS400 applications (Sapphire -OTC and WMi). Working knowledge of WMi is a plus.* *Job Description: * *POSITION SUMMARY:* The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software solutions. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution in support of IT changes to business processes. May participate in change control processes and approvals, particularly at more experienced levels. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Documents all problems communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution. More experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analysts may deliver quality and testing process training to IT staff and project teams. They may also perform quality and testing audits across the various IT functions to ensure adherence to quality and testing standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed properly and consistently. The Senior QA Analyst acts as team leader with strong leadership skills and ability to build high performance work teams for solution testing.
