cc @rxin and @marmbrus, actual change is only adding
`JacksonUtils.verifySchema(schema)`, `CSVRelation.verifySchema(schema)` and
`TextFileFormat.verifySchema(schema)` and the others are only test codes. Could
you please take a look?
