Creating KafkaStreamToCassandra
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
(This patch is intended to read records from existing Kafka topic and
writing those records to existing table under specified keyspace in Cassandra
leveraging SparkStreaming )

(This patch was tested : manual tests)
