If you click the "Evaluate" link, it says "Powered by SageMath", and in 
particular it seems to be using SageMathCell. The SageMath developers did 
not write the code, but it seems that you can see the Python code by 
viewing the page source. (With some browsers, you can visit 
view-source:https://blog.hhl.de/en/current-projections-for-the-german-federal-elections/.)
