Hi, For those not reading sane-commits:
> Date: Sunday, April 6, 2008 @ 15:21:47 > Author: jblache > Add standalone daemon mode, building upon the AF-indep/IPv6 debug mode. > Reorganize code by splitting the main() function into a series of functions. > Factorize common code between the old network code and the AF-indep code. > There's now only one version of main(). > frontend/saned.c | 837 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++--------------------- Running saned with the -a flag will now turn saned into a standalone daemon. Debug modes work just as before, as does saned run with no arguments. This change affects more than 800 lines of code in saned (saned.c was just under 3000 lines). It may appear as a fairly big change but, as noted above, it builds upon the debug code used for the AF-indep variant of saned which has been the default variant on modern Unices for years now. Please report any bugs you may encounter with this new version of saned. Thanks, JB. -- Julien BLACHE <http://www.jblache.org> <jb at jblache.org> GPG KeyID 0xF5D65169
