This scanner should work fine on ix86 and x86_64 (amd64) Linux machines but note that it requires a non-DFSG plugin to work. That basically means that no-one but EPSON can help you if you have any problems with that plugin. The download side shows iscan-plugin-perfection-v370-1.0.0-2 as of writing.
