I have just committed an updated version (41) of the canon_dr backend
to sane-backends git repo. Those using git should be able to fetch the
code now, those using our snapshot tarballs will have to wait 1 day.

1. Provides initial support for the P-208 and P-215. The calibration
code is not finished however, so these scanners will often give
strangely colored or dark scans.
2. Corrects a bug in the DR-2580c which prevented scanning at 300 dpi
and higher.
3. Extends the canon_dr.conf config file to make duplex_offset (the
amount of unused space at the top of some pages) user configurable.

Note: Your existing canon_dr.conf config file is NOT overwritten by
sane-backends when you install from source. However, this version of
the backend should have an updated config file to function properly.
So, you be sure to erase your existing file (usually located in
/etc/sane.d/canon_dr.conf) before you 'make install'.
