What's in your epkowa.conf?  You should be fine with only a single "usb"
entry in there.

What's in /var/lib/iscan/interpreter?  You should have only a single
line for you Perfection 4490 (aka GT-X750).  See `iscan-registry --help`
for what it should look like.
