RHEL is riddled with bugs and incompatibilities, so the HOWTO is specifically written for Fedora (where things work). But, this is close enough to RHEL that you should be able to adapt it. Basically, some of the back end rpms are rolled together in RHEL. Systemd is the same. Qoppa took the howto and posted it. Fedora showed some interest, so I will eventually posted it with Fedora too. Other than you, sane showed no interest.
