A minimum of six (6) years experience in performing business process analysis, business process improvement, and re-engineering. b. A minimum of six (6) years experience in conducting JAD sessions, focus groups or individual interviews for requirements elicitation; determining and documenting business, technical and data requirements; developing business rules; and developing metadata. c. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design of which a minimum of two (2) years must have been in UML (Unified Modeling Language) using standard UML techniques such as use case, activity, sequence, class, and component diagrams. d. Ability to clearly and correctly communicate in both written and spoken English. *DESIRABLE Experience: * (Scores will be assigned based on the length of the experience.) a. Experience in developing test plans and creating and executing automated test scripts using test management tools and tracking and addressing defects identified in testing and production. b. Experience using IBM Rational Requisite Pro (Version 6.0 or higher). c. Experience using IBM Rational Software Modeler (Version 6.0 or higher). d. Experience in Conceptual Database Modeling (CDM) including use of data modeling tools. e. Formal education in business analysis. (List courses and dates, or associated degree with date). F. Current International Institute of Business Analysis certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
