*Secure Transport Level 1 Production Support* *Location: PHOENIX AZ* *Contract: 6+ Months* *Description:* This position is responsible for managing first level production issues in the Secure Transport and file transfer area. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring of various file transfer processes, rotating on call support, application validation after various code and infrastructure changes, participation in issue resolution, and resolution of operational issues. Coordinate with various teams to provide and implement solutions to complex technical, business, or client requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related technical field. Familiarity with multiple file transfer protocols and applications is a must. Three to five years of hands on technical experience in various (secure) file transport tools, including Sterling Integrator, ProdFTP, Secure Transport, or equivalent file transport protocol applications.
